For convenient transport, we recommend using a trailer for pick-up, although loading into the back of a truck is also feasible. Please note that our inflatables won’t fit into SUVs or cars.

Please note that the delivery fee covers the transportation of one inflatable. Each additional inflatable will incur an extra $40 charge.

For Delivery:
We make every effort to align with your party’s start and end time. During the booking process, we’ll discuss approximate delivery times based on our delivery schedule. Delivery drop-offs commence at 8 am, with pickups starting between 6-8 pm to ensure all inflatables are retrieved before sunset.
Exceptions can be made to accommodate your event, but additional charges may apply.
For Pickup:
We aim for flexibility with rental hours. If the inflatable isn’t rented on the day before your event, we strive to let you pick it up the evening before. If someone else has it rented on the day before your event, you can pick it up between 9-10 AM on your event date.
Example: If you’ve rented the inflatable for a Saturday and it’s available on the Friday before, you can pick it up Friday evening. If it’s already rented on that Friday, then you can pick it up between 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM on Saturday.
When returning the pieces, once again, we aim for flexibility. If it’s not rented the day after your event, you can return it at a time convenient for you on the following day. However, if someone else has it rented, we need the inflatable back no later than 7:00 AM the next day.
Exceptions can be made to accommodate your event, but additional charges may apply.
If you find yourself needing to cancel your reservation due to the unpredictable Tri-State weather, we completely understand. There’s no penalty for weather-related cancellations! We simply ask that you give us a call to inform us of the cancellation. As you know, weather conditions can vary, with storms on the West Side of Evansville while the sun is shining in Newburgh. Keeping us informed helps us better serve your needs.

No payment is required upfront; we only need your name and phone number to hold the inflatable. If you do need to cancel due to weather or any other reason, please give us a call as soon as possible. This way, we can free up the fun for someone else and ensure a hassle-free experience for you!
